Tomas Czodor project in October 2020 This complete exterior painting and replacement of damaged wood on the house was my main work in summer 2020. House is from 1905 and all boards what was changed have to be ordered or custom milled to match old boards as best as it was 115 years ago when house was newly builded. This house is signed in Historic part of Old town Orange. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. It took few weeks to order right materials and couple weeks for replacement. All wood was primed before installation and all sanded wood was primed as well. Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - siding, eaves, fascias and windows. We was able fabricated one window for laundry room and replace entire siding on back of the building. Window what my company fabricated exactly match all old 115 years old windows.
