Tomas Czodor project in July 2021 This complete exterior painting and replacement of some damaged wood was another property of the same client what is owning multiple properties on the same street. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. We install new patio, fence, 3 gates and change few fascia boards on the house with flower pot board. All wood was primed before installation. Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - siding, fascias, patio. We was able also to install net on the top of the patio after painting. Tomas Czodor project in Jun 2021 This complete exterior painting and removal of old rain gutter, installation of angle support for new rain gutter was job what my company did in Newport Beach Upper Newport Bay. Also we refinished 2 gates. After power washing, fixing some stucco and sanding by power tools siding and some wooden windows with fascia boards we primed these areas and painting work commence. On this house we used customer paints. Client provided all paints per his request.
