Exterior painting & woodwork
Tomas Czodor project in August 2021 This complete exterior painting and replacement of some damaged wood was another property of the houses in the community where I painted already more than 50 houses last 10 plus years. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. Lot of stucco damaged required extensive reparation. We installed few fascia boards, couple boards on eaves and replaced some plywood around garage. All wood was primed before installation. Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - fascias and frames around windows.
