Tomas Czodor project in November 2019 This exterior staining/varnishing of the railing at the beach house was very challenging, especially 80% of the work was preparation. Staining and applying new varnish for the exterior railing required to sand down all old varnish to the bare wood. After some parts of the railing needs to be stripped - especially the edges. After all railing was sand again with sanding machine with lighter grade of sanding paper and  it was followed by acetone wash to create super smooth surface for new stain and varnish. We used special boat gloss varnish Epifanes. It is one of the most expensive and best varnishes on the market www.gorgeouspainting.com

Tomas Czodor project in October 2019 Interior remodeling of the garage involved some drywall work, woodwork, matching existing texture, priming and painting of walls and floor. Majority of the work took to remove old epoxy coating by sanding to bare concrete, proper acetone washing and applying 2 coats of special Rustoleum epoxy coating. www.gorgeouspainting.com

Tomas Czodor project in August 2019 Reparation of the exterior sign. Plaster need it to be fixed, followed by sanding and priming. Last part of the job was painting of this sign with painting of the letters (gold leaf style) with clear top coat, metal part with oil base semi gloss paints and stucco around and from back side with exterior low sheen water base paints. Thank to my clients what appreciate my work and spread out good words about our skills in painting/construction. This was already 5th house what we painted on the same street last 3 years. On this house we used water and oil based paints as well. We used flat on stucco, lowsheen on siding, semigloss on fascia boards, oil based semigloss on metal screens, mailbox and lamp post. This customer did not have time to design and shop for any materials so I helped with that as well for no additional cost. Tomas Czodor project in May 2019 Work on this nice beach front house in sunny California made us enjoy our work even more. Job description was paint this house partially from interior, whole exterior and changing of the lights throughout the house with minor handyman tasks around the house. I worked on this house already few times in past years, but this year was the most what we done so far.  I m always glad when people call me back because they like our  workmanship and enjoying our presence because we like treat all our jobs on all houses like we would treat our own house.
