Tomas Czodor project in December 2022 The scope of work was small remodeling of the garage. Floor was grinded with a grinder so epoxy floor can adhere correctly to the surface. Drywall was patched and sanded where was necessary and texture was sprayed in whole garage - walls and ceiling. Water heater was removed and also fixed  drywall under and edges. Next step was priming and painting of drywall and one shelf. W ater heater was installed in the place. Tomas Czodor project in November 2022 The scope of work was paint main posts, balusters, skirt and stair raisers. All parts named was spray finished. In order to do this step we need it to cover completely the area - all floors, walls and handrail by tape, paper and plastic to create spraying area where no over spray can occur. After we sand all wood lightly, patched and caulked and primed what was necessary. One baluster was moving so we screwed the bottom with long screw to to floor and hole was patched. After we applied Aristosheild White Dunn Edwards paints by spraying 2 coats. Next day all plastic was removed and work was completed.  www.gorgeouspainting.com #interiorpainting

Tomas Czodor project in October 2022 This small deck remodeling involved demolition of old tiles, new electrical line for jacuzzi, installation of new tiles, raising old fence with diamond pattern privacy fence and painting of the fence. Tiles was removed and trash hauled away to disposal center. The line for jacuzzi was placed in concrete so it is not visible and small area was jacked hammered in order to do this step. After electrical work this area was patched with new concrete and new tiles installed. Later all tiles was grouted and old fence raised. Last step was priming and painting of the fence with color what customer provided to us. When everything was finished customer was able to bring the jacuzzi in the place and it was connected to new line.  www.gorgeouspainting.com #deck remodeling

Tomas Czodor project in September 2022 After client decided where he would like situate new trash enclosure and choose color of deck from few options, my company was able to match this color for 2 sides of fence on the deck.  All wood was  primed and painted before installation.  Deck was built so it is in the same level as curb on the street for easy access for containers. These  4x4 fence post are exposed 1 ft above the fence so on the top it could be installed solar lights. Tomas Czodor project in August 2022 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to inspect and change the wood on the house what was beyond repair. Power washing followed. Caulking of all siding was next and it took whole week because it is siding type of the house. During this process other pieces of wood was discovered and replaced after client approval. All new wood was primed before installation from all sides. Customer picked up desired colors and sheens after I painted few samples with different colors and sheens on the wall. Tomas Czodor project in July 2022 For this exterior painting of wooden awning was used oil base primer because the wood was stained before. On the beams was many cracks where was used caulking.   Tomas Czodor project in Jun 2022 For this client my company installed backsplash in the kitchen. All materials was designed and picked up by client - tile backsplash and grout. Rest of the materials such as glue, sealer...my  company provided. First backsplash was cut for exact measurements and  was glued.  After grout was applied and as the last step the sealer. Tile sealer gives a long lasting protection to the surface and it is easier to clean dirt in future.
