Patio remodeling

This project I designed as well constructed. Old wall was covered by artificial turf. Also in the small concrete slab artificial turf was installed and attached by screws 4x15 ft aprox. The tree what was covered before most of the patio was cut 3 feet from both sides and 3 feet from the front as well. On the top of the wall instead of lattice type of the fence what is very fragile we installed Fiber decking material. First we installed 2 ft in height 2x4s wall from pressure treated material. On the top of that was used Fiber decking materials 1x6s what does not need to be painted and should last 30 years.
Couple new electrical outlets and new lighting for patio was arranged. White fence was painted and old deck was power-washed to remove dirt.

Tomas Czodor project in September 2023 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower with sliding shower door. After plumbing and electrical work we was able to install insulation, hardiebecker with RedGard waterproofing. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall, spraying new texture, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer, same time we installed cabinet with 2 sinks and countertop.  During remodel we was able to install mirrors, toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client. Interior & exterior painting

Tomas Czodor project in September 2024 In the end of May I received phone call from client whom my company paint his exterior of the house over ten years ago. He still had old paint cans what I used that time and it was 2012 year on them. Client wanted use exactly same colors and products as before. After exterior painting, this time client wanted to paint interior as well. My company painted all walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, crown moldings and cabinets. Exterior painting & plaster repair

Tomas Czodor project in August 2023 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to fix all cracks on this smooth plaster house (over 50). All cracks was open, widen and patched. For patching on cracks was used stucco tape, special adhesive so new exterior plaster will bond to the surface and as smooth plaster was used Rapid set Wunder - Fixx. After changing of some rotten pieces of lumber on balcony followed as it was necessary.  All lumber was primed before installation. All new plaster was primed, all wood where peeling was occurring  was scraped, sanded, patched and primed. Before painting could commence the house was power washed. On stucco was applied 3 coats of new paint (house was previously brown). Beside stucco and trim we painted garage door, front door, side door, all metal vents and light covers and balcony floors as well. On this house we used Behr paints as customer wanted used exactly same products as my company painted this house...
