This complete exterior painting and replacement of some damaged wood was another property of the same client what is owning multiple properties on the same street. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. It took few weeks to order right materials and fabricate these pieces. All wood was primed before installation. Once that was done we used Aristoshield or Eversheild Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - siding, eaves, fascias and windows and special product on coating for deck. We was able fabricated also custom mosquito nets to match rest of the house, gate and wine cellar door.

He still had old paint cans what I used that time and it was 2012 year on them. Client wanted use exactly same colors and products as before. Exterior woodwork and painting

  Tomas Czodor project in November 2024 This was project of woodwork and exterior painting on the fourth house on the same street for my old client who was very satisfied with my previous jobs. As for woodwork my company change many facia boards, handrail boards, stair step, wood moldings, rafter tails and new gate with wooden post. In the storage shed behind the house we changed one whole wall of 2x4s and plywood because of rot. During the job was changed one light, new house number light box, hinges on the screen door. Bathroom remodel

Tomas Czodor project in September 2023 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower with sliding shower door. After plumbing and electrical work we was able to install insulation, hardiebecker with RedGard waterproofing. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall, spraying new texture, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer, same time we installed cabinet with 2 sinks and countertop.  During remodel we was able to install mirrors, toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client.
