This complete exterior painting and interior painting in old town Orange was one of the oldest historical structures what my company painted in my carrier. As homeowner told me its more than 100 years old barn what he is using now as the garage what can fit only one car. Lot of preparation such as sanding, patching, caulking was done before priming. All wood was primed before painting by Zinsser 123 Primer. Once that was done we used Aristoshield or Eversheild Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - siding, eaves, fascias and one window and special Rustoleum product on metal.

Tomas Czodor project in September 2024 In the end of May I received phone call from client whom my company paint his exterior of the house over ten years ago. He still had old paint cans what I used that time and it was 2012 year on them. Client wanted use exactly same colors and products as before. After exterior painting, this time client wanted to paint interior as well. My company painted all walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, crown moldings and cabinets. Exterior woodwork and painting

  Tomas Czodor project in November 2024 This was project of woodwork and exterior painting on the fourth house on the same street for my old client who was very satisfied with my previous jobs. As for woodwork my company change many facia boards, handrail boards, stair step, wood moldings, rafter tails and new gate with wooden post. In the storage shed behind the house we changed one whole wall of 2x4s and plywood because of rot. During the job was changed one light, new house number light box, hinges on the screen door. Bathroom remodel

Tomas Czodor project in September 2023 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower with sliding shower door. After plumbing and electrical work we was able to install insulation, hardiebecker with RedGard waterproofing. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall, spraying new texture, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer, same time we installed cabinet with 2 sinks and countertop.  During remodel we was able to install mirrors, toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client.
