Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to inspect the house and find all wood what needs to be change. Wood was damaged by termites or it was rotten. After changing 4 fascia boards, side garage door, trim around garage door and fabricated some 1x6 molding around main beam on the front of the house preparation for painting could commence. In order of replacing fascia boards, roof tiles needed to be removed and later reinstalled after new fascias was in the place. Client of this house was older man in late 80s who didn't want change the color of the house but he did not have any paint cans from previous job. We was able to match colors exactly in his expectations. After fixing some stucco, caulking or patching wood, spot priming in areas where all preparation was necessary to be done final phase of the project could start - painting.
On this job was used Dunn Edwards paints - Eversheild exterior line of the products. It was applied 2 coats of flat paints for stucco or eaves and semi gloss for fascia boards or all doors. Railing on the front  
of the house was painted by Rustoleum gloss what is special paints for metal.

Tomas Czodor project in September 2023 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower with sliding shower door. After plumbing and electrical work we was able to install insulation, hardiebecker with RedGard waterproofing. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall, spraying new texture, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer, same time we installed cabinet with 2 sinks and countertop.  During remodel we was able to install mirrors, toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client. Tomas Czodor project in September 2024 In the end of May I received phone call from client whom my company paint his exterior of the house over ten years ago. He still had old paint cans what I used that time and it was 2012 year on them. Client wanted use exactly same colors and products as before. After exterior painting, this time client wanted to paint interior as well. My company painted all walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, crown moldings and cabinets. Exterior painting & plaster repair

Tomas Czodor project in August 2023 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to fix all cracks on this smooth plaster house (over 50). All cracks was open, widen and patched. For patching on cracks was used stucco tape, special adhesive so new exterior plaster will bond to the surface and as smooth plaster was used Rapid set Wunder - Fixx. After changing of some rotten pieces of lumber on balcony followed as it was necessary.  All lumber was primed before installation. All new plaster was primed, all wood where peeling was occurring  was scraped, sanded, patched and primed. Before painting could commence the house was power washed. On stucco was applied 3 coats of new paint (house was previously brown). Beside stucco and trim we painted garage door, front door, side door, all metal vents and light covers and balcony floors as well. On this house we used Behr paints as customer wanted used exactly same products as my company painted this house...
