Tomas Czodor project in September and October 2025

In the end of June I received phone call from client who living in Old Towne Orange and own 100+ years old house. She said that I did great job few years ago at neighborhood house and got my number from. past client. This was complete exterior painting on main house, cottage and garage and some minor woodwork. Nearly 3 weeks we spent on the sanding by various power tools for wooden siding, eaves and fascia boards. That was followed by priming with special wood primer, patching and caulking. Once that was done we used Dunn Edwards Eversheild paints what was purchased by me on all woodwork - siding, eaves, fascias, windows and doors.

Tomas Czodor project in September 2022 After client decided where he would like situate new trash enclosure and choose color of deck from few options, my company was able to match this color for 2 sides of fence on the deck.  All wood was  primed and painted before installation.  Deck was built so it is in the same level as curb on the street for easy access for containers. These  4x4 fence post are exposed 1 ft above the fence so on the top it could be installed solar lights. For floor was used Trek flooring material what looks like wood but it is plastic film and wood fibers - composite decking. www.gorgeouspainting.com #exteriorpainting #woodwork

Tomas Czodor project in January 2024 My long time client hired me for custom outdoor bench fabrication. After presenting the design how the bench will look and his approval, I ordered all materials - redwood 2x4s, 2x2s, 1x4s, 1x6s, screws, glue, wheels and Behr semitransparent stain Redwood color. Design of the bench allows rain water to pass thru, instead of building full plywood box where rain water would damage it. On the top of the bench client have custom cushions to sit on. During the time in the house my company fixed and paint cracked ceiling, silicone sinks and did few small repairs as well.  www.gorgeouspainting.com #woodwork #painting
