Patio remodeling

Image
Tomas Czodor project in May 2020 This project I designed as well constructed. Old wall was covered by artificial turf. Also in the small concrete slab artificial turf was installed and attached by screws 4x15 ft aprox. The tree what was covered before most of the patio was cut 3 feet from both sides and 3 feet from the front as well. On the top of the wall instead of lattice type of the fence what is very fragile we installed Fiber decking material. First we installed 2 ft in height 2x4s wall from pressure treated material. On the top of that was used Fiber  decking materials 1x6s what does not need to be painted and should last 30 years. Couple new electrical outlets and new lighting for patio was arranged. White fence was painted and old deck was power-washed to remove dirt. www.gorgeouspainting.com

Fence replacement

Image
Tomas Czodor project in April 2020 Project involved removing of old fence with hauling it to dump and installing new fence. My client had 2 choices - build new wood fence and paint/stain or use vinyl fence materials.  Because of maintenance issue and close sprinkle line client chose to do a vinyl fence. www.gorgeouspainting.com

Exterior painting

Image
Tomas Czodor project in March 2020 This project involved complete painting of the two story house in Seal Beach, some woodwork and rain gutter fixing - correct slope and cleaning. House was repainted for same colors what customer did not know the names of it but I was able to match them perfectly - color and sheen as well. Stucco was painted by flat color and woodwork was painted by low sheen color.  Few fascia boards was changed when I discovered that it was beyond repairable by putty/bondo/caulking while working on the job.  www.gorgeouspainting.com

Exterior painting and woodwork

Tomas Czodor project in February 2020 This project involved complete painting/priming of windows, changing of some rotten frames around windows and fabrication of one custom window exactly to match existing ones.  All parts had to be  custom milled first from window frames, window sill and some parts of the fillers for window casings before installation. All windows was  painted open to ensure all edges to be covered with paints and also rubber around windows was replaced.  Another happy client what told me that will mention my quality of work what I provided to him to all his friends what made me extremely happy. www.gorgeouspainting.com

Tomas Czodor project in January 2020 Work on this house involved some partial painting, woodwork, minor reparation around the house, installation of the window, installation of the lock, fixing rain gutter, removing old satellite, fixing few old french windows what was not possible to close and replacing shingles on the small roof. Once again nothing makes me more happy as client what I know few years now because I worked on their house in past hired me for new job. Exterior painting

Image
Tomas Czodor project in December 2019 Work on this exterior involved painting of stucco, eaves, fascia boards and wrought iron.  My company worked on this house already in past. Client liked work of my company on the interior doors and couple rooms what we painted for him so he hired us again. Nothing make me more happy as repeat customers. After power washing we fixed stucco what was severely damaged and match the same texture as existing, followed with sanding wood - only areas what was peeling and patching with bondo. Priming and painting was next. Wrought iron was in very bad condition and all coating was peeling extremely and needed to be completely sanded, primed with red oxide primer and top coated with rustoleum black gloss. Glad my company left another client very satisfied :) www.gorgeouspainting.com

Exterior staining and varnishing

Image
Tomas Czodor project in November 2019 This exterior staining/varnishing of the railing at the beach house was very challenging, especially 80% of the work was preparation. Staining and applying new varnish for the exterior railing required to sand down all old varnish to the bare wood. After some parts of the railing needs to be stripped - especially the edges. After all railing was sand again with sanding machine with lighter grade of sanding paper and  it was followed by acetone wash to create super smooth surface for new stain and varnish. We used special boat gloss varnish Epifanes. It is one of the most expensive and best varnishes on the market www.gorgeouspainting.com
