Tomas Czodor project in February 2021 This complete remodeling involved new tiles on the walls, floor and around bath tub. Old bath  tub  had to be removed and new bath tub reinstalled. We installed also  toilet, plumbing for bath tub and sink, cabinet, countertop with sink, medicine cabinet, new recess lights, fan and window with casing. Tomas Czodor project in November 2020 This complete exterior painting - siding, frames around windows and replacing of all white edge vertical and horizontal boards I started in April. Delivering 100s of ln feet of boards on the job site was followed by painting all boards with primer and 2 coats of finish paints from all sides. That was followed by installation, patching of nail holes, sanding and caulking and complete repainting of boards again. After few months we had to wait for window company to finish and fabricate more than 50 windows. Tomas Czodor project in October 2020 This complete exterior painting and replacement of damaged wood on the house was my main work in summer 2020. House is from 1905 and all boards what was changed have to be ordered or custom milled to match old boards as best as it was 115 years ago when house was newly builded. This house is signed in Historic part of Old town Orange. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. It took few weeks to order right materials and couple weeks for replacement. All wood was primed before installation and all sanded wood was primed as well. Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - siding, eaves, fascias and windows. We was able fabricated one window for laundry room and replace entire siding on back of the building. Window what my company fabricated exactly match all old 115 years old windows. Old leak from bath tub was fixed. We installed also  toilet, plumbing for all 4 sinks, shower and 2 countertops - one in master bathroom and one in hallway bathroom. This complete remodeling involved new tiles on walls and floor, toilet, plumbing, smoothing walls after removal of wall paper, painting, new cabinet  with  lighting, mirror and fan.
