Tomas Czodor project in February 2022 This complete exterior painting and interior painting in old town Orange was one of the oldest historical structures what my company painted in my carrier. As homeowner told me its more than 100 years old barn what he is using now as the garage what can fit only one car. Lot of preparation such as sanding, patching, caulking was done before priming. All wood was primed before painting by Zinsser 123 Primer. During painting we also changed and replaced all broken glasses on the lamps. Tomas Czodor project in October 2021 This complete exterior painting and fabrication of the side gate was property in one Irvine community where I m working more than 10 years and painted over 50 houses. I love referrals and work for clients what seen my work already at their friends. Lot of stucco damaged required extensive reparation. After sanding some areas, priming of some wood and new stucco, painting can started. For the house we use pallets of colors as it was required by association.   Tomas Czodor project in September 2021 This complete exterior painting and replacement of lot of damaged wood was another property of the client in Villa Park where I worked over the years few times already. This time we replaced lot of fascia boards, siding and structural beams on the front of the house. Siding what was replaced had to be custom milled and special ordered. In order to replace structural beams we need it to remove and reinstall roofing tiles because of the weight.  All wood was primed before installation. Beside that we replaced many edge roofing tiles what fall down over the years. After all woodwork was completed and all sanding of old wood was done, power washing begin. Lot of stucco damaged required extensive reparation. Front door was  sanded, stained and we applied 3 coats of Epifanes gloss varnish.  Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all fascias and frames around windows.   Tomas Czodor project in August 2021 This complete exterior painting and replacement of some damaged wood was another property of the houses in the community where I painted already more than 50 houses last 10 plus years. After power washing and sanding by power tools we discovered many areas where wood needs to be replaced. Lot of stucco damaged required extensive reparation. We installed few fascia boards, couple boards on eaves and replaced some plywood around garage. All wood was primed before installation. Once that was done we used Aristoshield Dunn Edwards paints on all woodwork - fascias and frames around windows.
