Tomas Czodor project in August 2022 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to inspect and change the wood on the house what was beyond repair. Power washing followed. Caulking of all siding was next and it took whole week because it is siding type of the house. During this process other pieces of wood was discovered and replaced after client approval. All new wood was primed before installation from all sides. Customer picked up desired colors and sheens after I painted few samples with different colors and sheens on the wall. Tomas Czodor project in July 2022 For this exterior painting of wooden awning was used oil base primer because the wood was stained before. On the beams was many cracks where was used caulking.   Tomas Czodor project in Jun 2022 For this client my company installed backsplash in the kitchen. All materials was designed and picked up by client - tile backsplash and grout. Rest of the materials such as glue, sealer...my  company provided. First backsplash was cut for exact measurements and  was glued.  After grout was applied and as the last step the sealer. Tile sealer gives a long lasting protection to the surface and it is easier to clean dirt in future. Tomas Czodor project in May 2022 For this exterior staining of the old fence we used stain as it was done in past. Fence was power washed and lightly sanded as it was necessary for new stain to adhere. Product and color on the fence what client used in past was discontinued so my company recommended to use Behr stain product.  We choose with client closest color to match existing color. F ew pieces was replaced because of termite damage and other places was patched with Bondo for wood. Client provided new caps for all posts what was replaced and stained before installation. Tomas Czodor project in April 2022 This complete exterior painting in Orange was small apartment fourplex. During power washing and preparation we discovered additional wood for replacement to the original proposal. After acceptance of the client we removed all damaged wood and replaced with new wood. During the time on the joobsite my company fabricate also 2 gates and small fence as well. Tomas Czodor project in March 2022 For this exterior painting/staining of the cedar fence for black color we used stain instead of paints. Product is called Behr solid stain for fence and looks like paints but this product penetrate deeper in the wood. Product is used directly on raw wood without any primer.  After masking the area we sprayed 2 coats of the product on the fence. Tomas Czodor project in February 2022 This complete exterior painting and interior painting in old town Orange was one of the oldest historical structures what my company painted in my carrier. As homeowner told me its more than 100 years old barn what he is using now as the garage what can fit only one car. Lot of preparation such as sanding, patching, caulking was done before priming. All wood was primed before painting by Zinsser 123 Primer.
