Tomas Czodor project in April 2023 My old client hired me to fabricate some privacy fence and custom gate. After presenting the design for client how it will look and my client approval I ordered material-redwood and paints. Gate and privacy fence was fabricated and primed/painted before installation from all sides. Tomas Czodor project in March 2023 30 years ago client painted block wall what was peeling beyond repair.  Wall was approximatley 50 ft long.  Since that he encountered the problem of paint peeling. During free estimate what I m providing to all my potential clients I suggest that would look much nicer to sandblast old blocks and paint only stucco columns between. After client hired me for work all bricks was sandblasted for condition as new and as they looked when wall was built. Stucco columns between was repaired with new stucco coat, prime and painted. Tomas Czodor project in February 2023 This exterior staining/varnishing of the garage door was job my company handled first time in 2016 and client called me again in January 2023 to revarnish the surface because as he mentioned when he called me: "You did a fine job first time ". Garage door was cleaned, sanded, some areas stained and 3 coats of gloss marine varnish was applied. Between coats 24 hours. Tomas Czodor project in January 2023 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to inspect the house and find all wood what needs to be change. Wood was damaged by termites or it was rotten.  After changing 4 fascia boards, side garage door, trim around garage door and fabricated some 1x6 molding around main beam on the front of the house preparation for painting could commence. In order of replacing fascia boards, roof tiles needed to be removed and later reinstalled after new fascias was in the place. Client of this house was older man in late 80s who didn't want change the color of the house but he did not have any paint cans from previous job. We was able to match colors exactly in his expectations. After fixing some stucco, caulking or patching wood, spot priming in areas where all preparation was necessary to be done final phase of the project could start - painting. Tomas Czodor project in December 2022 The scope of work was small remodeling of the garage. Floor was grinded with a grinder so epoxy floor can adhere correctly to the surface. Drywall was patched and sanded where was necessary and texture was sprayed in whole garage - walls and ceiling. Water heater was removed and also fixed  drywall under and edges. Next step was priming and painting of drywall and one shelf. W ater heater was installed in the place. Tomas Czodor project in November 2022 The scope of work was paint main posts, balusters, skirt and stair raisers. All parts named was spray finished. In order to do this step we need it to cover completely the area - all floors, walls and handrail by tape, paper and plastic to create spraying area where no over spray can occur. After we sand all wood lightly, patched and caulked and primed what was necessary. One baluster was moving so we screwed the bottom with long screw to to floor and hole was patched. After we applied Aristosheild White Dunn Edwards paints by spraying 2 coats. Next day all plastic was removed and work was completed.  www.gorgeouspainting.com #interiorpainting

Tomas Czodor project in October 2022 This small deck remodeling involved demolition of old tiles, new electrical line for jacuzzi, installation of new tiles, raising old fence with diamond pattern privacy fence and painting of the fence. Tiles was removed and trash hauled away to disposal center. The line for jacuzzi was placed in concrete so it is not visible and small area was jacked hammered in order to do this step. After electrical work this area was patched with new concrete and new tiles installed. Later all tiles was grouted and old fence raised. Last step was priming and painting of the fence with color what customer provided to us.
