Tomas Czodor project in July 2024 In the end of June I received phone call from client who living in Old Towne Orange and own 110 years old house. He said that I did fabulous job few years ago near by and he seen whole process of detail preparation and painting off the house on the way to church every week. He took a picture of mine sign on the front of the house. This was complete exterior painting and some minor woodwork. Nearly 2 weeks we spent on the sanding by various power tools for wooden siding, eaves and porch. That was followed by priming with special wood primer, patching and caulking. Tomas Czodor project in May 2024 During this project in South Orange County my company removed roof from the patio, replaced some rotten wood 2x4s, 2x6s, 1x1s, one whole post and lattice. Patio was sanded, patched by bondo and caulked. All patio was primed and also all new wood was primed before installation and painted 2 times with Dunn Edwards semigloss exterior paint.   Tomas Czodor project in April 2024 This exterior staining/varnishing of two gates was job my company performed in lovely gated community of Dove Canyon.  Gates was fully sanded to remove old varnish, cleaned, stained and 4 coats of gloss marine Epifanes varnish was applied. Tomas Czodor project in February 2024 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower. After plumbing new shower valve and drain work was done, hardiebecker with RedGard waterproofing was installed. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall and smoothing, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer on grout, same time we installed cabinet.  During remodel we was able to new install mirror, reinstall old toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client. Tomas Czodor project in January 2024 My long time client hired me for custom outdoor bench fabrication. After presenting the design how the bench will look and his approval, I ordered all materials - redwood 2x4s, 2x2s, 1x4s, 1x6s, screws, glue, wheels and Behr semitransparent stain Redwood color. Design of the bench allows rain water to pass thru, instead of building full plywood box where rain water would damage it. On the top of the bench client have custom cushions to sit on. With satisfaction of the client with previous job, my company was hired to remodel fireplace as well. Insert and fireplace door was installed by different company. This steps was followed by fixing some drywall, spraying new texture, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout. After grouting of all tiles and apply sealer, same time we installed cabinet with 2 sinks and countertop.  During remodel we was able to install mirrors, toilet and other items to complete the job for satisfaction of my client.
