Tomas Czodor project in July 2025 This was project of interior painting of bathroom cabinets, All doors/drawers and face frames was sanded, prime with oil base primer Zinsser cover stain and top coat with Dunn Edwards Aristoshield Lowsheen. We applied 2 coats of top coat. During our stay we sand, stain and varnish 2 coats of high traffic formula on stairs in the house. Tomas Czodor project in March 2025 This was project of woodwork and exterior painting in San Fernando Valley, city of West Hills. My company service all Orange County, Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Riverside County and we willing to work in all over different cities in California as well. After proposal client hired me. My company changed few fascia boards on the front of the house. One side of the house was very damaged so we need to re coat almost 70% of the wall with new stucco. After extensive preparation I used Dunn Edwards Evershield semigloss on all wood, Eversheild flat on stucco, Aristosheild semi gloss on garage doors and Rustoleum White semi gloss on gates. Tomas Czodor project in January 2024 This complete bathroom remodeling involved demolition of old bath tub and transformation to walking shower. First plumbing  - new shower valve and drain was installed, followed by hot mop, hardiebecker with RedGard/waterproofing. After these steps project continued: fixing of some drywall and smoothing, texturing, priming, painting and installation of all tiles on floors and walls. Client chose all materials to their preference with my design of tile layout.   Tomas Czodor project in November 2024 This was project of woodwork and exterior painting on the fourth house on the same street for my old client who was very satisfied with my previous jobs. As for woodwork my company change many facia boards, handrail boards, stair step, wood moldings, rafter tails and new gate with wooden post. In the storage shed behind the house we changed one whole wall of 2x4s and plywood because of rot. During the job was changed one light, new house number light box, hinges on the screen door. Tomas Czodor project in September 2024 In the end of May I received phone call from client whom my company paint his exterior of the house over ten years ago. He still had old paint cans what I used that time and it was 2012 year on them. Client wanted use exactly same colors and products as before. After exterior painting, this time client wanted to paint interior as well. My company painted all walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, crown moldings and cabinets. Tomas Czodor project in July 2024 In the end of June I received phone call from client who living in Old Towne Orange and own 110 years old house. He said that I did fabulous job few years ago near by and he seen whole process of detail preparation and painting off the house on the way to church every week. He took a picture of mine sign on the front of the house. This was complete exterior painting and some minor woodwork. Nearly 2 weeks we spent on the sanding by various power tools for wooden siding, eaves and porch. That was followed by priming with special wood primer, patching and caulking. Tomas Czodor project in May 2024 During this project in South Orange County my company removed roof from the patio, replaced some rotten wood 2x4s, 2x6s, 1x1s, one whole post and lattice. Patio was sanded, patched by bondo and caulked. All patio was primed and also all new wood was primed before installation and painted 2 times with Dunn Edwards semigloss exterior paint.   Tomas Czodor project in April 2024 This exterior staining/varnishing of two gates was job my company performed in lovely gated community of Dove Canyon.  Gates was fully sanded to remove old varnish, cleaned, stained and 4 coats of gloss marine Epifanes varnish was applied. Tomas Czodor project in January 2024 My long time client hired me for custom outdoor bench fabrication. After presenting the design how the bench will look and his approval, I ordered all materials - redwood 2x4s, 2x2s, 1x4s, 1x6s, screws, glue, wheels and Behr semitransparent stain Redwood color. Design of the bench allows rain water to pass thru, instead of building full plywood box where rain water would damage it. On the top of the bench client have custom cushions to sit on. With satisfaction of the client with previous job, my company was hired to remodel fireplace as well. Insert and fireplace door was installed by different company. Tomas Czodor project in August 2023 Before any exterior painting of this house could commence my company needed to fix all cracks on this smooth plaster house (over 50). All cracks was open, widen and patched. For patching on cracks was used stucco tape, special adhesive so new exterior plaster will bond to the surface and as smooth plaster was used Rapid set Wunder - Fixx. After changing of some rotten pieces of lumber on balcony followed as it was necessary.  All lumber was primed before installation. All new plaster was primed, all wood where peeling was occurring  was scraped, sanded, patched and primed. Before painting could commence the house was power washed. On stucco was applied 3 coats of new paint (house was previously brown). Beside stucco and trim we painted garage door, front door, side door, all metal vents and light covers and balcony floors as well. On this house we used Behr paints as customer wanted used exactly same products as my company painted this house...

Tomas Czodor project in July 2023 Transformation of old painted brick fireplace involved demolition of old heart and installation of marble slab, tiles covering the old bricks, fireplace door and mantel. Marble slab was cut exactly on size and edges polished. Over the old bricks was installed hardibecker and tiles. Tiles was grouted. Marble slab with tiles and grout was sealed. Tomas Czodor project in Jun 2023 My client bought 2 new Toto bidet toilet seats in Costco. These bidet toilet seats needed electric outlet next to or behind toilet. Tomas Czodor project in May 2023 This project was remodel garage to ADU. After approval of plans what took many months my company pull the permit for the work and along side other companies what was hired by client  directly work on this project. This project had many phases and every phase had to be inspected by city inspector. My part of the work was removal of garage door and building the wall with 2 windows and matching siding as the rest of the house. Removal of old epoxy coating and grind concrete to bare surface and applying 2 coats of clear sealer, constructing new bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washer and dryer.
